Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24-hour prior notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy
Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consultations are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Treatment Packages: Refund requests for prepaid treatment packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be provided based on the number of sessions utilized.
Product Purchases: Ayurvedic products, herbs, or medicines purchased at the clinic are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with treatment results, as Ayurvedic therapies depend on individual response and adherence to prescribed regimens.
No refunds will be provided for services availed under promotional offers or discounted packages.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Currently, Mishraveda Ayurveda Clinic does not offer shipping or delivery services for products. All treatments, medicines, and Ayurvedic products must be collected in person at our clinic.
